These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to purchases made from ILESO DESIGN.

2. Products
ILESO DESIGN creates small-batch lamps and lighting objects. Each piece is designed, fabricated, finished, packaged and shipped in small quantities.
Because the products are handcrafted and produced in small batches, minor variations in colour, surface texture, dimensions or finish may occur. These variations are part of the production process and do not affect the intended function of the product.
Product photographs are shown as accurately as possible, but colours may vary depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros. Prices may be updated at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Prices include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed when payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in the product information, price, availability, payment, shipping details or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, a refund will be issued.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not directly store full card details.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain.
Current shipping option:
Spain mainland: 9.90 EUR for orders of 69 EUR or under. For orders over 69 EUR, shipping will be free.
Estimated preparation time: 1–10 BUSINESS DAYS
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–10 BUSINESS DAYS
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, address, holidays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
At this stage, shipping may be limited to Spain mainland. For other destinations, please contact us before ordering.
7. Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at ILESODESIGNSTUDIO@GMAIL.COM within 7 DAYS of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product.
We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement or refund, depending on the case.
8. Returns and withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days from the day the product is delivered.

The product must be returned in good condition, unused, complete and in its original or equivalent protective packaging.
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for withdrawal when they have been made according to the customer’s specific instructions.
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Product use and safety
Our lamps are intended for indoor use only unless clearly stated otherwise.
Use the product only according to the information provided on the product page and any included instructions. Do not exceed the recommended bulb wattage or use incompatible electrical components.
Keep the lamp away from water, excessive humidity, excessive heat, direct flame and unstable surfaces.
10. Donations
If the website includes a donation option, donations are voluntary contributions to support ILESO DESIGN’s independent design and prototyping work. Donations are not purchases and do not create an obligation to deliver a product unless explicitly stated.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including product designs, photographs, texts, graphics, logos and visual material, belongs to ILESO DESIGN or its respective rights holders.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Website availability
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or fully up to date.

This website may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the customer’s country of residence.
